As we move into the energy of spring, the parts of you that are ready to emerge have been preparing all winter — and perhaps all your life! — for their next iteration.
But a path forward is most effective when it’s clarified and connected to your own purpose and values.
How do you move along your authentic path while staying flexible enough to grow and adapt as life evolves around you?
This is what we can learn from the Wood element.
WHAT WE’LL DO
In this guided movement practice, you’ll explore your current relationship to your body through movement.
The structure of the practice provides a supportive container — something to focus on and work with.
Within that container, you’ll be invited to add your own personal touch, guided by:
• awareness
• sensation
• instinct
• curiosity
• creativity

Kaita Mrazek is the founder of The Listening Movement, a practice that blends fascial retuning techniques with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to help people reconnect with the intelligence of their body.
With a background in professional dance and more than two decades working in movement and wellness, Kaita brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to guiding people toward greater ease, mobility, and awareness.
