This session focuses on hips, legs, core, and gentle spinal mobility to cultivate stability, nourishment, and a deep sense of inner support.
Expect steady, centering movements that release heaviness, strengthen your foundation, and help you feel rooted in your body. This practice invites presence, balance, and a connection to the quiet abundance within—so you can give and receive from a place of steadiness.
Yoga blocks are recommended but not required.
