Welcome to this 20-minute Fascial Re-Tuning class designed to nourish the Water Element through gentle movement, deep listening, and replenishing your reserves.
This session focuses on opening the back body, softening the hips, and creating length through the spine.
Expect slow, fluid movements, supported shapes, and lingering holds that invite your breath to deepen and your nervous system to settle. This practice offers space to unwind effort, release accumulated tension, and reconnect with the calm at your core.
Two yoga blocks and a wall are helpful for support, but not required.
