Welcome to this 55-minute Fascial Re-Tuning class designed to support the Metal Element through breath, movement, and mindful release.
This session focuses on opening the chest and shoulders, engaging the core, and freeing the hips to support clarity, renewal, and a deep exhale through the whole body.
Expect flowing, expansive movements that clear stagnation, awaken your breath, and invite ease into the spaces that feel tight or held. This practice encourages presence, lightness, and a sense of letting go—so you can breathe more freely and feel connected to your inner spaciousness.
A yoga block or bolster may be helpful but isn’t required.
