ABOUT

Kaita Mrazek is a dedicated movement practitioner with a background in professional dance and more than two decades of experience in the health and wellness field. In addition to a degree in Dance and Psychology, she holds multiple certifications in various movement disciplines, including Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Stretching, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Her journey into the world of movement and holistic health was ignited by a profound fascination with the human body, its relationship with our surroundings, and its rich and intricate inner landscape. This fascination, coupled with her unwavering passion for helping individuals unlock their unique potential, led Kaita to create The Listening Movement.

The Listening Movement emerged as a space for people to connect with their bodies, release tension, alleviate pain, and embark on a journey of self-discovery within a safe and grounded environment. Kaita's driving motivation was to empower others to tap into their innate and powerful intuition, a skill that could continue to enrich their lives for years to come.

In particular, Kaita recognized the importance of understanding and working with fascia, the body's connective tissue, as a key element in achieving overall wellness. Learning about fascia is a cornerstone of The Listening Movement, as it plays a vital role in promoting flexibility, relieving discomfort, and enhancing bodily awareness.

At The Listening Movement, we believe in the individuality of each person's journey and are dedicated to providing the tools and support needed to connect with what feels right, good, and essential for one's body. Our programs aim to enhance the practices of both teachers and students, fostering a profound connection between the body, mind, and the natural world.
