ABOUT
I’m Kaita (pronounced “Kay-tah”) a dedicated movement practitioner with a background in professional dance and more than two decades of experience in the health and wellness field. In addition to a degree in Dance and Psychology, I hold multiple certifications in various movement disciplines, including Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Stretching, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
I spent years learning everything I could about the body. And then I learned something more important: how to stop knowing at it, and start listening to it.
That shift — from analysis to contact, from fixing to meeting — is what The Listening Movement is built around.
“Fascial Re-tuning has made a big difference in my overall wellbeing. I feel like the exercises have released and organized my ribs, hips, and torso in a way that allows me to be in a new posture that comes without pain and tension. A new reality for me, which has my attention these days.”

The Listening Movement exists for practitioners and movers who suspect that what's missing in their work isn't another technique — it's a different quality of presence. This is where you learn that.
Our driving motivation is to empower you to tap into your innate and powerful intuition, a skill that could enrich your life for years to come.
We recognize the importance of understanding and working with fascia, the body's connective tissue, as a key element in achieving overall wellness. Learning about fascia is a cornerstone of The Listening Movement, as it plays a vital role in promoting flexibility, relieving discomfort, and enhancing bodily awareness.
At The Listening Movement, we believe in the individuality of each person's journey and are dedicated to providing the tools and support needed to connect with what feels right, good, and essential for one's body. Our programs aim to enhance the practices of both teachers and students, encouraging a profound connection between the body, mind, and the natural world.
