TLM Trained Practitioners
A TLM-trained practitioner has done more than learn a technique. They've practiced a different quality of attention: arriving without an agenda, listening before they lead, meeting the body where it actually is rather than where they expect to find it.
That's what makes the work feel different.
Not just what they do, but how present they are while doing it.
These sessions are informed by fascial re-tuning and Listening Movement techniques, while incorporating the unique gifts and skills of the practitioner. Each practitioner has something unique to bring to their sessions, so you can find your perfect fit.
Alice Giaccone
With a background in somatic movement, yoga, and dance, Alice supports people in reconnecting to their bodies with curiosity, respect, and love. Alice is Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Myofascial Energetic Length Technique Instructor and integrates insights from these practices into her fascial retuning.
Her work is shaped by her own healing journey through chronic pain and nervous system overwhelm. On this journey in 2023, Alice found Kaita's work with the Listening Movement and felt the power of the practice and has been practicing ever since.
She believes the body holds deep wisdom, and that ease unfolds when we listen to the body. Through fascial re-tuning and somatic practices, Alice offers spaces for regulation, release, and embodied listening to soothe the body.
Ashlee Johnson
With a background in dance and somatic movement education, Ashlee loves guiding people back to their bodies with more ease, compassion, and awareness.
She believes the body can become a safe place again when protective habits are gently invited to relax. Ashlee has a passion for facilitating the release of tension while supporting nervous system regulation so that movement feels natural and restoring.
Whether through fascia stretching or somatic practices, she has a heart for people to feel grounded, cared for, and more connected.
At this stage of her practice, Ashlee is offering sessions for women only.
