SHARED ROOM (After Deposit)
This option books one space in a shared double-occupancy room at Vida Asana. If you are traveling alone, we will thoughtfully match you with a compatible roommate.
If you are traveling with a buddy, make sure you both indicate your names in the registration form so we know to pair you together.
PRIVATE ROOM (After Deposit)
Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or before February 28, 2026 will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made after February 28 and before May 15, 2026 are not eligible for a cash refund, but the remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward a future TLM retreat, immersion, or training (valid for 12 months).
Cancellations after May 15 are not eligible for refunds or credits unless your spot is filled.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to plan responsibly and hold the container with care.
