Welcome Back
Your body may still be integrating the work we did together.
In the hours and days after a Fascial Retuning Session, it’s common to notice changes. Soreness, new sensations, or areas of awareness that weren’t previously on your radar are all part of your system reorganizing itself.
This doesn’t mean something is wrong. It often means something meaningful is shifting.
What’s most impactful right now is gentle movement and attention.
Walking, light exercise, or simply moving through your day with awareness helps your body integrate its new patterns.
Rest, hydration, and nourishing food also support this process.
If specific areas feel tender, self-retuning practices can be especially helpful.
You don’t need to rush anything. Change unfolds over time, and your body will continue to respond in the days ahead.
Many people experience the greatest benefit from this work over a short series of sessions, allowing us to build on the shifts we’ve made and establish a new baseline.
From there, ongoing support—whether through private sessions, group classes, or at-home practice—helps maintain and deepen the changes.

Build on the progress we’ve started and support lasting change.I recommend aiming for at least 3 sessions close together (weekly or more) to build momentum.
From there, you can move to weekly or monthly, as your schedule and resources allow.

When I work with your replays they create such a great path as well as scaffolding for me to work directly with my body. It’s lovely when I branch off and then rejoin in perfect sync. Thank you for your work.”
