Kneeling Gate
Setup: From kneeling, step one leg out to the side with toes facing forward. Clasp your hands or hold one wrist in the other hand. Try to pull your hands apart to create engagement along the sides of your body. Engage your inner thighs by squeezing your legs together. Then bend from side to side as you maintain the resistance.
