Virtual Practice + Q&A
Thursdays, 11:00am-12:30pm CT
On the first Thursday of each month, your virtual meet-up includes about an hour of guided movement practice followed by 30 minutes of discussion and Q&A.
All other Thursdays are an hour to move and explore together.
